Cancellation by Guest
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Cancellation accepted. If payment has been made: refund of up to 10% of the amount paid, or a promo voucher worth 40% of the initial booking value.
- 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund. Free rescheduling available (one time only).
- Less than 48 hours before the tour: Cancellation is no longer possible and no refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided if you do not arrive at the meeting point.
Cancellation by King of Desert
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:
- Extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, high winds)
- Safety concerns identified by our team
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
In these cases, you will receive a Full refund.
Deposit Payments
If you paid a 10% deposit to secure your booking, the deposit is included in the refund calculation above. The remaining balance due on arrival is not charged if the tour is cancelled within the eligible refund window.

Please provide your booking reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Gift Vouchers & Promo Codes
Gift vouchers and promotional credits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used for a different tour date. Validity: 12 months from date of issue.
